Beginning at an iron rod found at the intersection of the North line of Lot 39 and the centerline of TH-57, Watson Road; thence South, a distance of 655.75 feet along the centerline of said Watson Road to an iron railroad spike found at the Northeast corner of land now or formerly owned by M. J. or R. J. Walters, as recorded in Deed Volume 893, Page 862 of the County Records of Deeds, said point being the true place of beginning for this described parcel of land; thence continuing South, a distance of 218.50 feet along the said centerline of TH-57 to an iron rod set; thence West, a distance of 349.94 feet to an iron rod with cap set on the West line of this Grantor on the East line of a remainder now or formerly owned by M. G. Wilson and passing over an iron rod with cap set at 30.00 feet from said centerline; thence North, a distance of 222.47 feet parallel with the centerline of TH-57 to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of land of Walters on the South line of land now or formerly owned by W. Murphy, as recorded in Deed Volume 911, Page 777, etc. of the county records of deeds; thence S. 89-21-05 E., a distance of 349.96 feet along the common line of the Grantor and land of Murphy to the true place of beginning as surveyed by Terrence R. Honhorst, Registered Professional Land Surveyor Number 5065 in June, 1996 and containing 1.7712 acres of land more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
