Beginning at a point in the center line of Tallmadge Road, C.H. 18, S. 89 deg. 30' E., 402.7 feet as measured along said center line from the West line of Subdivision 4 in Lot 2, S.E.; thence continuing S. 89 deg. 30' E., 230.00 feet along said center line to a point and the Northwest corner of J. & D. Miner; thene due South, passing over an iron pipe at 30.75 feet, 1135.00 feet along Miner's West line to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 30' W., 230.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence due North, 942.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 30' W., 15.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence due North, 25.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 30' E., 15.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence due North, 168.00 feet to the beginning, passing over an iron pipe, 30.00 feet from said beginning and containing 6.001 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by R. E. Stockman, RS 5134, on July 26, 1975.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
