Beginning at a 1" pin found at the Northeast corner of Lot 69; thence North 89 deg. 34' 10" West, along the North line of said lot and the centerline of Streeter Road (C.H. 219), a distance of 832.91 feet to a point and the true point of beginning for the parcel herein described; thence South 0 deg. 02' 55" East, passing over a 5/8" capped rebar set at 30.00 feet, a distance of 660.01 feet to a 5/8" capped rebar set on the North line of land conveyed to R. & C. Burrows by Portage County Document #200311317; thence North 89 deg. 34' 12" West, along said Jones land, a distance of 150.00 feet to a 5/8" capped rebar set; thence North 0 deg. 02' 55" West, passing over a 5/8" capped rebar set at 630.02 feet, a distance of 660.02 feet to a point on said lot line and road centerline; thence South 89 deg. 34' 10" East, along said lot line and road centerline, a distance of 150.00 feet to the true point of beginning and containing 2.2727 acres of land as surveyed in April, 2003 by Clifford H. McGuire, Professoinal Surveyor No. 7770. Basis of bearing; Survey Plat P-12161 used for bearing on the South line. Deed of Record: 200311317 to Eddy Lee Ltd.
