Said point being the true place of beginning; thence North 49 deg. 12' 00" East, a distance of 89.85 feet to a bar; thence South 40 deg. 48' 00" East, a distance of 87.33 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 30 deg. 19' 43" West, a distance of 18.14 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 67 deg. 27' 00" West, a distance of 127.80 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 34 deg. 38' 00" West, a distance of 53.45 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 49 deg. 12' 00" East, a distance of 43.25 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.2362 acres of land as surveyed by R. F Paul, Professoinal Surveyor #4351 in July, 1979, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
