Beginning at an iron pin found at the centerline intersection of Peck Road and Highway No. 219. This iron pin also marks the Northwest corner of Lot No. 14; thence South 89 deg. 41' 30" East along the centerline of Streeter Road for a distance of 390.73 feet to an iron pin which marks the true place of beginning on the following described parcel of land; thence South 00 deg. 15' 00" West for a distance of 326.70 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 41' 30" East for a distance of 100.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North 00 deg. 15' 00" East along the West line of 9.00 feet wide right of way for a distance of 326.70 feet to an iron pin in the centerline of Streeter Road; thence 89 deg. 41' 10" West along the centerline of Streeter Road for a distance of 100 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 0.75 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius Converse Reg. Sur. No. 1199 in October, 1960.

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Peck Road and Streeter Road which is also the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 14; thence South 89 deg. 41' 30" East along said centerline of Streeter Road, 490.73 feet to a point, which is the place of beginning; thence continuing South 89 deg. 41' 30" East along said centerline 84 feet to a point; thence South 0 deg. 15' 0" West, a distance of 375.00 feet to a point; thence North 89 deg. 41' 30" West, 84 feet to a point; thence North 0 deg. 15' East, 375.00 feet to the place of beginning. Containing approximately .723 acres of land.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
