Beginning at the S.W. corner of Sublot 4 of the Suffield Homesites Plat as recorded in Volume 6, Pages 49 & 50 of the county record of plats; thence N. 0 degrees 30' W., a distance of 400 00 feet along the West line of Sublot 4 of said subdivision to an iron rod set; thence N. 81 degrees 37' E., a distance of 136 60 feet parallel to the Southerly line of the subdivision to an iron rod set; thence South 0 degrees 30' East, a distance of 400 00 feet to an iron rod set on the South line of this subdivision on the North line of C.H. 87 (Waterloo Road); thence S. 81 degrees 37' West, a distance of 136 60 feet along said line of the road to the place of beginning and containing 1 242 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
