And known as being part of Lot 8 in Franklin Township and further described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of land owned by J. L. Weber in the centerline of Mogadore Road and being N. 15 deg. 50' E., 805.10 feet from a monument at the intersection of said centerline with the South line of Franklin Township; thence N. 15 deg. 50' E., 75.34 feet along the centerline of Mogadore Road to an iron spike at the Southwest corner of land owned by S&R Wasko; thence S. 88 deg. 46' 14" East, 440 feet to an iron pipe at Wasko's Southeast corner in the Westerly line of land owned by the City of Kent and passing over an iron pipe 31.00 feet from the road center; thence S. 13 deg. 45' 30" E., 96.00 feet along the City of Kent's Westerly line to an iron pipe at the new Northeast corner of land owned by J. L. Weber; thence S. 86 deg. 58' 58" W., 237.29 feet along Weber's new North line to an iron pipe; thence N. 86 deg. 10' W., 250.00 feet, continuing along Weber's North line to the beginning and passing over a nail 30.17 feet from the road center. Containing 1.029 acres of land, as surveyed in December 1988 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
