Beginning at a railroad tract spike set at the intersection of the Westerly line of said Lot 41 and the centerline of T.H. 28, Eberly Road; thence N. 66 degrees 41' 00" E., along the centerline of said T.H. 28, a distance of 1050.00 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing 66 degrees 41' 00" E., along the centerline of said T.H. 28, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence South 5 degrees 03' 50" W., (passing over a 1/2" iron rod set at 34.10 feet) a distance of 660.16 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set; thence S. 68 degrees 41' 00" W., a distance of 150.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set; thence N. 05 degrees 03' 50" E., (passing over a 1/2" iron rod set at 626.08 feet) a distance of 660.16 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 2.00 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed July 20, 1988, by Al Szuch & Associates, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 5398. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
