Beginning at a point in the center of the highway known as the Brimfield-Tallmadge Road, otherwise the Akron-Youngstown Road, as the North line of said Lot No. 37, a distance of 779.81 feet Easterly from the Northwest corner of such township lot, which corner is located at the line between the counties of Portage and Summit and running thence South parallel with such county line 3 deg. West, 1620 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 86 deg. 15' East, 134.45 feet; thence North 3 deg. East, 1620 feet to the center of the said highway and thence Westerly along the center of the said highway 134.45 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5 acres of land.
