The following described premises, situated in the Township of Rootstown, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot No. 28, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the centerline intersection of State Highway No. 44 and Lynn Road (Highway No. 99); thence North 87 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds West, along the centerline of Lynn Road for a distance of 1,517.60 feet to an iron pin in the centerline of Lynn Road and the North line of said Lot No. 28; thence South 00 degrees 53 minutes West for a distance of 283.70 feet to a point in the North property line of new State Route 18; thence along the North property line of new State Route No. 18 the chord of which bears North 80 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 205.28 feet to a point in the East line of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by August and Violet Mackey; thence North 00 degrees 53 minutes East along the East side of said Macky land for a distance of 258.08 feet to an iron pipe in the North line of said Lot No. 28 and centerline of Lynn Road; thence South 87 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds East along the North line of Lot No. 28 and centerline of Lynn Road for a distance of 203.00 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 1.262 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius P. Converse, Serial No. 1199 in May, 1957.
Note:
Iron pipes were found or set South 00 degrees 53 minutes West, a distance of 30.00 feet from the centerline of Lynn Road on both of the North and South lines.
This being the same property conveyed to Cindy Slama and spouse if any by Joseph W. Slama and Lucille M. Slama, husband and wife, in Deed Book 1086, Page 0018, executed 10/19/1989 and recorded 10/19/1989, Portage County Records, State of Ohio.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
