Beginning at an iron pin at the Southeasterly corner of Lot No. 19 in the Bryce Road Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 32, of the Portage County Records of Plats; thence N. 13 deg. 41' 30" W., 113.12 feet to an iron pipe at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot No. 19; thence N. 55 deg. 59' 52" E., 10.66 feet along the Southerly line of Lot No. 13 in said allotment to an iron pipe; thence S. 13 deg. 41' 30" E., 119.29 feet to an iron pipe in the North line of West Main Street; thence N. 89 deg. 48' 10" W., 10.30 feet along the North line to the beginning and containing 0.003 acres of land, be the same more or less, as surveyed by R. E. Stockman, R. S. 5234, May 9, 1973.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998.
