And being part of Original Aurora Township, Lot 29 and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a nail in the centerline of Eggleston Road, 50' right-of-way, 1379-01 feet Northerly on said centerline from its intersection with the South boundary of Lot 29; thence N. 05 deg. 01' 25" E., 150.00 feet to a point in the road centerline; thence S. 88 deg. 47' 35" E., and passing an iron pipe at 30.07 feet, 466.56 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 05 deg. 01' 25" W., 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 88 deg. 47' 35" W., 466.56 feet to the place of beginning, passing an iron pipe 30.07 feet therefrom, containing 1.5031 acres more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $130,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
