Situated in the City of Aurora, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Sublot No. 64 of Block "O" of the Geauga Lake Orchard Company Allotment of part of Lot No. 1 of said city according to the plat of said allotment recorded in Volume 3 of Maps, Page 16 of Portage County Records, and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 64; thence Northerly along the Northeasterly line of said Sublot No. 64 to its point of intersection with the Easterly line of land conveyed to George E. Woodworth by deed dated July 1, 1919 and recorded in Volume 250, Page 348 of Portage County Records; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land so conveyed to George E. Woodworth to the front and street line of said Sublot No. 64; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of Sublot No. 64 and the Northerly line of said street line, 71.5 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
