Situated in the Township of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot 33 in the South Division of Ravenna Township and further described as follows:
Starting at the intersection of the centerline of State Route 14 with the South line of Lot 33; thence North 89 deg. 12' 35" West, 964.39 feet along the South line of Lot 33 to an iron pin at the Southeast corner of land owned by D. M. Kolhn (D.V. 1127, Pg. 688); thence North 02 deg. 15' East, 330.49 feet along Kolhn's East line to an iron pin at the Northwesterly corner of land, owned by J. or B. Sisley (D.V. 1109, Pg. 791) and being the true place of beginning; thence North 02 deg. 15' East, 560.38 feet along Kolhn's East line to an iron pin at the Southeast corner of alnd owned by D. Diroll; thence South 68 deg. 48' 44" East, 130.22 feet to an iron pin at an angle in Diroll's South property line; thence North 48 deg. 34' 21" East, 170.40 feet along the Southeasterly line of Diroll to the centerline of State Route 14 and passing over an iron pin 33.76 feet from the road center; thence South 37 deg. 58' East, 166.69 feet along the centerline of State Route 14 to a monument; thence Southeasterly, 220.13 feet along the centerline of State Route 14 and along the arc of a curve to the right said curve having a central angle of 02 deg. 12' 05", a radius of 5729.58 feet and a chord bearing South 36 deg. 51' 57" East, for a distance of 220.12 feet to J. or B. Sisley's most Northerly corner; thence South 57 deg. 50' West, 597.52 feet along Sisley's Northerly line to the true place of beginning and passing over an iron pin 33.06 feet from the road center. Containing 4.0125 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in November, 1999 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141. This description was made in accordance with an accompanying map of the same date, the basis off bearings is taken from a survey map (P. 9428) and the prior deed of the subject property is Vol. 1000, Pg. 315.
