And known as being part of Lot No. 2, Middle Division of Lots in Ravenna Township and further described as follows:
Starting at a spike at the intersection of the North line of Lot No. 2 with the centerline of Redbrush Road; thence South 39 deg. 23' 30" East, along the centerline of Redbrush Road, a distance of 244.03 feet to a spike; thence South 17 deg. 23' 30" East, continuing along the centerline of Redbrush Road, a distance of 1060.53 feet to a spike and the true place of beginning; thence South 17 deg. 23' 30" East, continuing along the centerline of Redbrush Road, a distance of 111.40 feet to a point; thence South 71 deg. 37' 14" West, crossing over an iron pin 30.00 feet, a distance of 584.94 feet to an iron pin; thence North 17 deg. 23' 30" West, a distance of 121.485 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 72 deg. 36' 30" East, a distance of 584.85 feet to the true place of beginning, an iron pipe is South 72 deg. 36' 30" West, a distance of 30.00 feet from this point and containing 1.5634 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and easements of record, as surveyed by Fred H. Bliss, Registered Surveyor No. 4669 in April, 1976. A drainage swale is to be maintained across the property in the following location:
Commencing on the Southerly property line a distance of 80.00 feet from the centerline of Redbrush Road; thence running in a Northerly direction North 10 deg. East across the entire width of this parcel; and excepting therefrom any and all mineral and oil rights which the Grantors herein retain to theirs absolutely.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
