Centerlines S. 89 deg. 21' E., 141.50 feet; thence N. 0 deg. 23' W., (passing over an iron pipe at 20.00 feet) 653.40 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 21' W., 129.80 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 39' W., (passing over an iron pipe at 633.40 feet) 653.40 feet to the place of beginning and continuing 1.951 acres of land as surveyed in September 1969 by Leo E. Martin, Registered Surveyor #2587, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
