Situated in the City of Streetsboro, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Lot 9 in Streetsboro Township and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Elliman Road and being N. 23 deg. 02' W., 1203.67 feet from an ironrod at the intersection of said road centerline with the South line of Lot 9; thence N. 23 deg. 02' W., 215.53 feet along the centerline of Elliman Road; thence N. 85 deg. 43' 24" E., 464.42 feet to an iron pipe set and passing over an iron pipe set 31.68 feet from the road center; thence S. 28 deg. 00' 16" E., 153.81 feet to an iron pin found; thence S. 77 deg. 50' 22" W., 461.37 feet to the beginning and passing over an iron pin found 25.94 feet from the road center. Containing 1.872 acres of land (0.147 of an acre is in Elliman Road R/W) be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways as surveyed in August, 1999 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141. This description was made in accordance with an accompanying map of the same date, the basis of bearing is taken from survey map (P2879) and the prior deed of the subject property is Vol. 930, Pg. 873.

Said Premises Appraised at $120,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
