E. corner of Lot 31 on the centerline of C.H. 54, Porter Road, which bears North, a distance of 1139.55 feet from the iron pin found at the S.E. corner of Lot 32; thence continuing North, a distance of 175.00 feet along the centerline of C.H. 54 and East line of Lot 31 to a railroad spike which is the true place of beginning; thence West, a distance of 497.83 feet to an iron rod set; thence North a distance of 175.00 feet to an iron rod set; thence East, a distance of 497.83 feet to an iron railroad spike on the East line of Lot 31 and centerline of C.H. 54; thence South, a distance of 175.00 feet along said line to the true place of beginning and containing 2.00 acres of land as surveyed Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Resterered Professional Land Surveyor No. 5065 in May 1976.
