Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Subdivision No. 2 of Lot Number Five (5) in the South Division of lots in Ravenna Township, bounded as follows:
Beginning in the West line of Jefferson Street at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 48 of Hopkins, Seymour and Dodge's Addition to Ravenna which said Lot No. 48 is now or was recently owned by Cora Ney; thence West along the Northerly line of Lots Nos. 48, 47 and 46 of said addition 180 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 46; thence North parallel with the West line of Jefferson Street 60 feet; thence East parallel with the first course 180 feet to the West line of Jefferson Street; thene South along said West line 60 feet to the place of beginning; containing 25/100 of an acre of land. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said Premises Located at 456 Jefferson St., Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $98,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
