North 26 degrees 27' East; thence North 36 degrees 48' East, 729.91 feet to the P.I. of a curve to the left (equals 5 degrees 00' radius 1,237.98 feet, tangent equals 54.00 feet, CH 108.00 feet, C.B. North 34 degrees 18' East) and the true place of beginning; thence continuing North 31 degrees 48' East along the centerline of Wayne Road 150.00 feet to a point; thence South 58 degrees 12' East, 12' East-406.91 feet to an I.P. (passing over an I.P. at 30.00 feet); thence South 27 deg. 20' 06" West, 187-44 feet to an I.P.; thence North 53 degrees 12' West, 423.10 feet to the place of beginning (passing over an I.P. at 30.00 feet from the road centerline) and containing 1.599 acres of land as surveyed by Emil C. Isch, Registered Surveyor No. 4487 in March, 1976.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
