Being a track of land located in Lot 54, Windham Towsnhip, Portage County, Ohio and further described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike set at the Northeast corner of Lot 54 in the centerline of Township Highway 236, known as Bryant Road; thence South 1 deg. 20' West along the centerline of Township Highway 236 and the East line of Lot 54, 138.70 feet to a spike; thence North 81 deg. 44' West along the North right-of-way of the Ohio Turnpike and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet at side of road, 875.93 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 1 deg. 20' East, 62.00 feet to an iron pipe set in the North line of Lot 54; thence South 86 deg. 46' East along the South property line of land now or formerly owned by George Juhasz, Sr., and the North line of Lot 54, and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet at side of road, 8700.00 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 2.00 acres of land, as surveyed April 13, 1957 by C. D. Dodge, R.S. 1632.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
