Beginnning at a point in the centerline of Sandy Lake Road and the North line of Lot 32 and being N. 89 deg. 52' 11" E., 904.04 feet from a marked stone at the Northwest corner of Lot 32; thence N. 89 deg. 52' 11" E., 442.86 feet along the centerline of Sandy Lake Road and the North line of Lot 32; thence S. 0 deg. 21' E., 1349.98 feet along the Grantor's East line and the West line of S.
