Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Mantua Road, 50' wide and the Southwest corner of Original Lot No. 10; thence from said place of beginning N. 0 deg. 26' E., 599.16 ft. to a point and the principal place of beginning; thence N. 89 deg. 56' E., 1454 ft. to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 26' W., 149.79 ft. to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 56' W., 1454 ft. to the center line of said road; thence along said center line N. 0 deg. 26' E., 149.79 ft. to the place of beginning, containing 5 acres of land.

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Mantua Center Road (50 foot wide) and the Southwest corner of Original Lot No. 10; thence from said place of beginning N. 0 deg. 26' E., 449.37 feet to a point and the principal place of beginning; thence N. 89 deg. 56' E., 1454 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 26' W., 149.79 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 56' W., 1454 feet to the center line of said road; thence along said center line N. 0 deg. 26' E., 149.79 feet to the place of beginning, containing five (5) acres of land, more or less. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $55,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998.
