Beginning at a point on the centerline of Pierce Road (T.H. 292), said point being South 89 deg. 45' 00" East, a distance of 2767.35 feet from a 1/4" iron pin found at the centerline of Parkman Road (C.H. 299) and said Pierce Road; thence North 0 deg. 11' 00" East, and passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet, a distance of 841.50 feet to an iron pin set; thence South 89 deg. 45' 00" East, a distance of 320.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence South 0 deg. 11' 00" West and passing over an iron pin set at 811.50 feet, a distance of 841.50 feet to a point on the centerline of said Pierce Road; thence North 89 deg. 45' 00" West, along said road centerline, a distance of 320.00 feet to a point and the true place of beginning and containing therein 6.1818 acres of land as surveyed in September, 2003 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
