E. & P. Peters as recorded in Volume 1109, Page 447 of the Portage County Records of Deeds; thence South 89 deg. 33' 31" West along Peter's said Northerly line (passing over a 1/2" iron rod set at 678.19 feet) a distance of 703.19 feet to a track spike set in the Westerly line of Lot 4 and centerline of C.H. 217; thence North along the Westerly line of Lot 4 and centerline of C.H. 217, a distance of 150.00 feet to the true place of beginning, as surveyed August 25, 1994 by Rob A. Szuch, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 7288, dba Al Szuch & Associates.
