Situated in the Township of Rootstown, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot 25 in Rootstown Township and further described as follows:
Beginning in the centerline of Hartville Road at the most Northerly corner of land owned by the Mormon Chruch (D.V. 710, Pg. 665) and being N. 36 deg. 17' E., 326.00 feet from the intersection of said road centerline with the South line of Lot 25; thence N. 36 deg. 17' E., 149.48 feet along the centerline of Hartville Road to the most Westerly corner of land now or formerly owned by M. Mansfield (D.V. 995, Pg. 283); thence S. 63 deg. 43' E., 230.00 feet to Mansfield's most Southerly corner; thence N. 36 deg. 17' E., 100.00 feet to Mansfield's most Easterly corner on the Southerly line of land owned by D. or R. Nauman (D.V. 1048, Pg. 124); thence S. 65 deg. 22' 16" E., 862.53 feet along the Southerly lines of Nauman and C. Adelman to the South line of Lot 25; thence S. 89 deg. 53' 17" W., 644.91 feet along the South line of Lot 25 to the Southeast corner of the Morman Church property (D.V. 1014, Pg. 342); thence N. 0 deg. 06' 43" W., 130.93 feet to the Northeast corner of the Mormon Church property; thence S. 89 deg. 53' 17" W., 230.74 feet along the North line of the Mormon Church land to an angle; thence continuing along the Northerly line of the Mormon Church land, N. 63 deg. 26' 30" W., 292.92 feet to the beginning. Containing 4.033 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways as surveyed from records in October, 1999, by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141. This description was made in accordance with an accompanying map of the same date, the basis of bearings is taken from survey map (RO 146) and the prior deed of the subject property on file in Vol. 435, Page 157. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, conditions, restrictions and easements of record, and zoning ordinances, if any.
