Known as being part of Lot 68 in said village and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod found in the Easterly line of Lot 68 at the intersection of the centerlines of Horn Road and Wolf Road;
1. Thence North 89 degrees 42' 00" West along the centerline of Wolf Road, a distance of 1076.45 feet to a point in the Northwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by M. J. or J. A. Devisson (Volume 1097, Page 98) which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land;
2. Thence South 01 degrees 14' 04" East (passing over a 5/8" iron rod found at 30.00 feet) along a Westerly line of Davisson, a distance of 1599.81 feet to a 5/8" iron rod found in the Southerly line of Lot 68;
3. Thence North 89 degrees 28' 45" West along the Southerly line of Lot 68, a distance of 152.82 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set;
4. Thence North 01 degrees 08' 03" West (passing over a 5/8" iron rod set at 1576.64 feet) a distance of 1599.15 feet to a point in the centerline of Wolf Road;
5. Thence South 89 degrees 42' 00" East along the centerline of Wolf Road, a distance of 150.00 feet to the true place of beginning. Containing 5.56 acres of land.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
