1. Sublot owners hereby grant easements to the Village of Garrettsville of 10' on the front, rear and all sides of all lots for the purposes of installing, operating and perpetually maintaining sanitary sewers and or water lines.
2. Sublot owners hereby grant easements to Ohio Edison Company and General Telephone of 10' on the front, rear and all sides of all lots for the purpose of installing, operating and pertetually maintaining electric power, telephone lines and conduits.
3. Sublot owners to submit all construction and detailed building plans with specifications including site plan to the developer or his designee for approval.
