Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said Lot No. 66 and the centerline of C&P R.R. (Penna) which point being South 0 deg. 50' West, 325.00 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot No. 66; thence continuing South 0 deg. 50' West, along said East line 122.05 feet to the Southwesterly measured at right angles from the centerline of said R.R.; thence North 54 deg. 10' West along the Southwesterly line of the said R.R., 175.80 feet to an iron pipe and the true place of beginning; thence South 35 deg. 50' West, passing over an iron pipe at 200 feet, 400 feet to a point; thence North 54 deg. 10' West, 100.00 feet to a point; thence North 35 deg. East, passing over an iron pipe at 200.00 feet, 400.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 54 deg. 10' East, 100.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing .918 acre of land, more or less, as surveyed by John W. Allen, R. S. No. 3302, in September, 1963, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
