Beginning at a track spike set at the intersection of the Northeasterly corner of Lot 30 and centerline of C.H. 54, Porter Road; thence S. 00 deg. 03' 17" E., along the Easterly line of Lot 30 and centerline of C.H. 54, a distance of 306.40 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing S. 00 deg. 03' 17" E., along the Easterly line of Lot 30 and centerline of C.H. 54, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence S. 89 deg. 43' 20" W. (passing over a 5/8" iron rod set at 30.00 feet), a distance of 1455.00 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; thence N. 00 deg. 03' 17" W., a distance of 150.00 feet to a a 5/8" iron rod set; thence N. 89 deg. 43' 20" E. (passing over a 5/8" iron rod set at 1425.00 feet), a distance of 1455.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 5.010 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed December 22, 1995 by Rob A. Szuch, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 7288.
