Located in Lot 63 of above township, and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a railroad spike at the Southeast corner of Lot 63, on centerline of C.H. 31 (New Milford Road); thence North, a distance of 1195.92 feet along the East line of Lot 63, and the centerline of C.H. 31 to a railroad spike which is the true place of beginning; thence N. 89 deg. 46' W., a distance of 213.60 feet along the South line of said H. Naget to an iron pipe, passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet from the centerline; thence North, a distance of 120.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 03 deg. 45' E., a distance of 213.60 feet to a railroad spike on the centerline of C.H. 31, passing over an iron pipe, 30.00 feet from the centerline; thence South, a distance of 120.00 feet along the centerline of C.H. 31 to the true place of beginning and containing 0.588 acres of land as surveyed by Terrance R. Hahnhorst, Registered Surveyor No. 4065, in July 1968.

Said Premises Appraised at $135,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
