Starting at a monument at the Southwest corner of Lot 93 which is also the intersection of the centerline of King and Vair Roads; thence N. 1 deg. 51' 03" W. 572.00 feet along the centerline of King Road and the West line of Lot 93 to a nail; thence N. 88 deg. 08' 57" E. 275.00 feet to an iron pipe and the true place of beginning.
Thence N. 1 deg. 51' 03" W. 90.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 88 deg. 08' 57" E. 220.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 21' 34" W. 90.07 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 88 deg. 08' 57" W. 215.53 feet to the beginning. Containing 0.451 of an acre of land, be the same ore or less but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in February, 1989 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
