Joseph D. Rollyson, et al.
And known as being a part of Lot 40, Township 2, Range 8 of the Connecticut Western Reserve Survey and bound and described as follows:
Beginning in the centerline of the Rootstown-Brimfield (Tallmadge Road, C.H. 18) and in the South line of said Lot 40 at the Southeast corner of a 40 acre tract in the South line of said Lot No. 40 at the Claude O. Bittinger and distance measured along the South line of said lot, 1061.28 feet from its Southwest corner; thence North along the Bittinger line, passing through an iron pin set 30 feet from the corner, a distance of 887.53 feet to an iron pin set in said Bittinger line; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes East, 96.20 feet to a corner marked by an iron pin; thence South 0 degrees 15 minutes East, 887.53 feet to a corner in the South line of said Lot 40 and passing through an iron pin set in the North line of the road right-of-way 30 feet from the corner; thence North 89 degrees 45 minutes West, with the lot line, 100.12 feet to the place of beginning, and containing two (2.00) acres of land and being the Southwest corner of a 30 acre tract of land deeded to Harold J. Moulton by deed dated November 17, 1931, and recorded in Portage County Deed Records in Volume 330, Page 466, as surveyed by John C. Hassler, Surveyor, February 23, 1935.

Said Premises Appraised at $100,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
