Beginning for commencement at the Northeast corner of Sub Lot 1 in the Minyoung Estates, Plat Book 24, Page 64, witness an iron pipe found; thence following a bearing of South 89 deg. 33' 00" East, a distance of 27.19 feet to a point in the centerline of Holcomb Road, C.H. 187B; thence turning North 00 deg. 07' 00" West, along the centerline of Holcomb Road C.H. 187B, a distance of 448.15 feet to a point and the true place of beginning for the property herein described; thence turning North 89 deg. 33' 00" West along the North line of H. C. and J. A. Hulcari D. V. 1067, Page 254-256 and passing over a capped rebar set 30.00 feet from the centerline a distance of 300.00 feet to a capped rebar set; thence turning North 00 deg. 07' 00" West along the East line of D. and B. Weisel D. V. 1093, Page 666, a distance of 50.00 feet to a capped rebar set; thence turning South 89 deg. 33' 00" East along the South line of D. R. Battles O.R. V. 220, Page 293, a distance of 300.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Holcomb Road C.H. 187B and passing over a capped rebar set 30.00 feet from the centerline; thence turning South 00 deg. 07' 00" East along the centerline a distance of 50.00 feet back to the true place of beginning. This survey was performed by Terrence L. Pearson P.S. #7305 in May of 2004. The basis of bearing is to an meridian and denotes angles only.
