Hawthorne Allotment (Volume 7, Page 15) and Volume 12, Page 1, Record of Plats, being a part of Original Lot Number Twelve (12) in Deerfield Township, Portage County, Ohio and being the same premises conveyed to Orville M. Blythe by warranty deed recorded in Volume 636, Page 318 of the Portage County Deed Records.
