Beginning at a point in the centerline of St. Rt. 14 and the North line of said Lot 95; thence S. 44 degrees 49' 18" E., a distance of 712.79 feet along the centerline of St. Rt. 14 to a point; thence continuing along the centerline of St. Rt. 14, S. 44 degrees 37' E., a distance of 307.93' to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence N. 1 degree 42' 55" E., a distance of 708.31' along the East line of a 2.000 acre parcel to an I.P. and passing over an I.P. at 55.30; thence S. 88 degrees 42' .03" E., a distance of 125.00' along the North line of Lot 95 to an I.P.; thence S. 1 degree 42' 55" W., a distance of 828.54' along the Westerly line of property owned by D. A. & S. L. Cairns to a point in the centerline of St. Rt. 14 and passing over an I.P. 55.30' back from said centerline; thence N. 44 degrees 37' W., a distance of 172.80' along the centerline of St. Rt. 14 to the true place of beginning and containing 2.205 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756.
