And known as being part of Lot 16 in said township and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron pipe found on the centerline of Hopkins Road (T.H. 250) at the Northwest corner of land conveyed to N. or E. Seneff by deed recorded in Volume 1149, Page 704 of Portage County Record of Deeds, said point being North 4 deg. 37' 00" E., a distance of 1333.53 feet from a 3/4" iron pipe found at the centerline intersection of Pierce Road and said Hopkins Road; thence North 4 deg. 37' 00" East, along said centerline of Hopkins Road, a distance of 622.61 feet to a point at the Southwest corner of land conveyed to E. and D. Thoren by deed recorded on 2-08-1990; thence South 83 deg. 34' 40" East, along the South line of said Thornens land, an extension thereof, and along the South line of land conveyed to C. Rodgers by Deed 200337670 and passing over a 1/2" iron pipe found at 30.00 feet, a distance of 1616.44 feet to an iron pin set on the West line of land conveyed to A. Hetzel, et al., by deed recorded in Volume 1009, Page 1077 of Portage County Records of Deeds; thence South 6 deg. 34' 48" West, along said West line of Hetzel's land and along the West line of land conveyed to B. or N. Neimi by deed recorded in Volume 1019, Page 516 of Portage County Records of Deeds, a distance of 631.45 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found at the Northeast corner of another parcel of land conveyed to N. or E. Seneff by deed recorded in Volume 1099, Page 463 of Portage County Records of Deeds; thence North 83 deg. 14' 57" West, along the North line of said Seneff's land, and passing over a 1/2" iron pipe found at 1565.11 feet, a distance of 1595.11 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found and the true place of beginning and containing therein 23.1076 acres of land as surveyed in December, 2003 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
