Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being two (2) tracts of land lying in Zenas Kent's Heirs Addition to the Village (now City) of Ravenna as platted, numbered and recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 56 of Portage County Records of Plats and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
Situated in the city, county and state aforesaid and being all of Lot 7 of said addition and strip of land about 11 feet in width from the East ends of Lots Nos. 1, 2 and 3 of said addition, said strip being bounded on the North by the North line of Lot No. 3; on the East by the West line of Lot No. 7; on the South by the South line of Lot No. 1; on the West by lands of James H. Bigelow, now P.L. & M. L. Jennings. The above described land has a frontage of about 76 - 5/12 feet on the North therefrom of equal width about 179 feet.
PARCEL TWO:
Situated in the city, county and state aforesaid and being part of Lots Nos. 4 and 10 of said addition described as follows:
Beginning on the South line of said Lot No. 4 at the Southeast corner of land in said lot owned by W. B. Stutts, now S. I. Koher, said place of beginning being also about 36 1/4 feet West from the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 4; thence East along the South line of said Lot Nos. 4 and 10 about 62 1/2 feet to the Southwest corner of land in Lot 10 formerly owned by J. & G. Kettring, now owned by Universal Sewer Co., now S. I. Koher; thence North along the West line of Universal Sewer Co., now S. I. Koher, land to the North line of said Lot 10; thence West along the North lines of said lots to the Northwest corner of land in Lot No. 4 owned by W. E. Stutts, now S. I. Koher; thence South along the East line of said Stutts, now S. I. Koher, land to the place of beginning and above described premises extend from North to South about 59 2/3 feet and from East to West about 62 1/2 feet.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
