Situated in the Township of Edinburg, County of Portage and State of Ohio and being part of Lot 9, South East Subdivision 1 in said Edinburg Township bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the intersection of the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 South East Subdivision 1 and the center line of T.H. 121 Clark Road; thence South 89 deg. 46' 50" East, along the North line of Lot 9 South East Subdivision 1 and centerline of THC. 121, a distance of 450.13 feet to a railroad spike at the Northeast corner of land now or formerly owned by W. and F. R. Latta which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing South 89 deg. 46' 50" East, along the North line of Lot 9 South East Subdivision 1 and center line of T. H. 121, a distance of 160.00 feet to a point; thence South 1 deg. 12' 20" East, a distance of 1361.60 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 46' 50" West, a distance of 160.00 feet to an iron pipe in the East line if the aforementioned Latta; thence North 1 deg. 12' 20" West, along the East line of said Latta, a distance of 1361.60 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 5.000 acres of land more or less as surveyed by Albert Szuch, Surveyor No. 5398, November 24, 1975.
