In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, March 15, 2010, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Randolph to-wit:

Being part of Township Lot No. 73 and being further described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of West line of Lot 73, and the centerline of T.H. 45 (Fairground Road), see plat of survey on record by D. Caldwell, R. S. 4005; thence S. 89 deg. 38' E., a distance of 2262.42 feet along the centerline of T.H. 45 to an iron spike which is the true place of beginning; thence North a distance of 565.00 feet to an iron pin on the North line of M. Green; thence S. 89 deg. 38' E., a distance of 235.00 feet along said line to an iron pin at the Northwest corner of John Adam (648/95); thence South a distance of 565.00 feet along the West line of said property to an iron spike at the S. W. corner of said J. Adam property; thence North 89 deg. 38' West, a distance of 235.00 feet along the centerline of T.H. 45 to the place of beginning and containing 3.048 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Surveyor No. 5065 in September, 1971.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
