And known as being part of Lot No. 65, South Division in said Ravenna Township and City, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the Northerly line of Lake Street and the Easterly line of said Lot 65; thence North 83 deg. 43' 00" W., along the North line of Lake Street, a distance of 111.98 feet to an iron bolt at the Southwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by J. E. Hudson which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence N. 83 deg. 44' 36" W., continuing along the Northerly line of Lake Street, a distance of 100.45 feet to an iron pipe at the Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by H. O'Hara; thence N. 02 deg. 07' 41" E., along the Easterly line of said O'Hara, a distance of 349.10 feet to an iron pipe in the Southerly line of land now or formerly owned by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; thence S. 80 deg. 50' 11" E., along the Southerly line of said Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, a distance of 101.57 feet to an iron pipe in the Westerly line of the aforementioned Hudson; thence S. 02 deg. 13' 48" W., along the Westerly line of said Hudson, a distance of 343.89 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 0.799 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Albert Szuch, Reg. Sur. No. 5398, April 25, 1972.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
