And known as being part of Lot No. 31 in said township, more fully bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning in the North line of State Route No. 224 and in the line between the land of A. H. and L. M. Hartzell and the land of Elsie M. Jenkins (said beginning point is also South 89 deg. 07' East, 999.40 feet from the West line of said Lot #31 measured along the North line of said S. R. #224); thence continuing along the North line of said S. R. #224 South 89 deg. 07' East, 113.00' to an iron pipe; thence North 0 deg. 03' East, 601.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 57' West, 113.00 feet to an iron pipe in the line between said Hartzell and Jenkins; thence South 0 deg. 03' West, along the line between said Hartzell and Jenkins 599.86 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.522 acres of land as surveyed in October, 1953, by Leo E. Martin, Registered Surveyor No. 2587, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
