Beginning for commencement at the centerline intersection of Sunnybrook Road T.H. 11-E 60' R/W and Tallmadge Road C.H. 18, 60' R/W witness an iron rod found; thence S. 88 deg. 59' 53" E., along the centerline of Tallmadge Road C.H. 18 60' R/W, a distance of 1175 49 feet to a point in said centerline and true place of beginning for the property herein described; thence turning N. 00 deg. 22' 57" E., along the East line of John Carl, Inc. Deed Volume 1008, Page 421, a distance of 246 60 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found, passing over a 2" iron pipe found 34 69' from the centerline; thence turning N. 03 deg. 32' 47" E., along the East line of John Carl Inc., Deed Volume 1008, Page 421, a distance of 247 40 feet to a 1/2" rebar found; thence turning S. 88 deg. 46' 05" E., along the South line of Tallmadge Asphalt and Paving Company Inc., Deed #200330799, a distance of 137 55 feet and passing over a 2" iron pipe found 4 42' from said point to a capped rebar set marked 7305; thence turning S. 00 deg. 34' 06" W., along the West line of Tallmadge Asphalt and Paving Company, Inc., Deed #200330799, a distance of 493 30 feet to a point in the centerline of Tallmadge Road C.H. 18 60' R/W and passing by a 5/8" rebar found 30 05' N. and 4 57' from said point; thence turning N. 88 deg. 59' 53" W., along the centerline Tallmadge Road C.H. 18 60' R/W, a distance of 149 28 feet back to the true place of beginning the area contained in this property is 1 6646 acres of land more or less, but excepting all highways of record the basis of bearing is to an assumed meridian, and is used to denote anlges only the survey was performed by Terrance L. Pearson, P.S. #7305 in May of 2004. The property being conveyed is held in fee title by P. S. Daymen Deed Volume 938, Page 722.
