Beginning at a nail in the centerline of Porter Road at the Grantor's Southeast corner and being N. 0 degrees 23' 30" East, 760.40 feet from an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of Lot 34; thence N. 89 degrees 10' 27" W., 1432.61 feet to an iron pipe in the West line of Lot 34 and passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from the road center; thecne N. 0 degrees 25' 45" E., 489.01 feet along the West line of Lot 34 to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 degrees 22' 25" E., 707.25 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 degrees 23' 30" W., 280.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 degrees 22' 25" E., 725.00 feet to a nail in the centerline of Porter Road and the East line of Lot 34 and passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from the road center; thence S. 0 degrees 23' 30" W., 214.00 feet along said centerline and lot line to the beginning. Containing 11.502 acres of land, be the same more or less, as surveyed in October, 1989 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141.
