And known as a part of Lot Number Thirty (30) in the City of Kent, in said county and as a center place Lot Number Four (4) as surveyed by S. D. Harris. Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot Number Four (4), eighty-two (82) feet South of Roscoe Avenue; thence East to Lot Number Three (3); thence South the Fairchild Avenue; thence West to Second Street; thence North to the place of beginning, or otherwise described as being eighty-four (84) feet off the South and of Lot Number Four (4). Such portion hereby conveyed being 60 feet frontage of Fairchild Avenue and extending back of equal width along Second Street or Hudson Road 84 feet. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
