Beginning at an iron pin in the center of Franklin Avenue at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Cherry Street; thence South 3 deg. 19' 00" West, 420.73 feet along the centerline of Franklin Avenue to an iron pin; thence South 1 deg. 52' West, a distance of 106.48 feet measured along the centerline of the Kent-Uniontown Road (Franklin Avenue) to an iron pin in the center of a culvert; thence South 4 deg. 32' West, a distance of 292.19 feet measured along the center of the Kent-Uniontown Road; thence South 4 deg. 32' West, 80 feet to a point; thence North 85 deg. 12' West, a distance of 180.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 4 deg. 32' East, 80 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 85 deg. 12' East, 180 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.33 of an acre for land.
