A. and L. E. Bailey and Frances L. Burkett, a distance of 527.57 feet to an iron rod at Burkett's Southwesterly corner; thence North 89 deg. 55' 20" West along the Northerly line of F. A. and D. J. Mix, a distance of 259.00 feet to an iron pin at the Southeasterly corner of Junior L. or Darlene K. Knotts (964/681); thence North 00 deg. 15' 20" East, along Knott's Easterly line a distance of 186.99 feet to an iron rod at the Southwesterly corner of Ronald W. Henderson (887/245); thence South 89 deg. 54' 30" East, passing an iron rod at Henderson's Southeasterly corner a distance of 135.00 feet to an iron rods; thence North 00 deg. 15' 20" East, a distance of 756.00 feet (passing a witness pin on the road right-of-way) to an iron rod in the center of the road and on the North line of Lot 81; thence South 89 deg. 54' 30" East, along the road centerline and lot line a distance of 209.24 feet to the beginning and containing 3.989 acres as surveyed and described in May 1991 by Nolan K. Simon, Registered Surveyor No. 6311.
