Beginning at a point on the centerline of Hopkins Road (T.H. 250), said point being, South 2 degrees 40' 31" East, a distance of 541.03 feet from a 3/4" iron pipe found at the centerline intersection of said Hopkins Road and Pierce Road (T.H. 292); thence North 89 degrees 18' 59" East, a distance of 30.02 feet to the Southwest corner of Sublot 1 of Woodview Colonies Phase 2 as recorded in Volume 27, Page 9 of Portage County Record of Plats; thence North 89 degrees 18' 59" East, along the South line of said Woodview Colonies No. 2 and passing over a 1/2" iron pipe found at 0.16 feet, a distance of 845.66 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found on the West line of Sublot 9-R of said Woodview Colonies as recorded in Volume 94, Page 59 of Portage County Record of Plats; thence South 0 degrees 43' 22" East, along the West line of said Sublot 9-R, a distance of 20.65 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found at the Southwest corner thereof; thence North 89 deg. 18' 38" East, along the South line of said Sublot 9-R, a distance of 60.08 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found at an exterior corner of lands conveyed to L. or J. Proctor by Portage County Instrument #200103851; thence South 0 deg. 43' 37" East, along a West line of said Proctor's lands, a distance of 214.52 feet to a 5/8" capped rebar set; thence South 89 deg. 15' 59" West, along a new line and passing over a 5/8" capped rebar set at 897.78 feet, a distance of 927.78 feet to a point on the centerline of said Hopkins Road; thence North 2 deg. 40' 31" West, along said road centerline, a distance of 235.30 feet to the point of beginning and containing 6.0018 acres of land as surveyed in March 2008 by Clifford H. McGuire, Professional Surveyor No. 7770. The basis of bearing was taken from survey plat P-15670. The deed of record was 200722937 to O. & L. Miller. All rebars set were 5/8" x 30" with I.D. cap.
