Dumm and on the South by the North line of Earl Avenue, the Southeast corner of this tract being approximately 100 feet West from the West line of North Mantua Street and on the West by lands now owned by Rose Hyre and containing about .05 of an acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
