Commencing at the Southeast corner of lands of James and Shirley Sipes now Robert J. Workman, Jr. and Tina L. Workman; thence North 132 feet of lands of H. and N. Robb, now R. L. and J. B. Davis; thence East along said lands 82 1/2 feet to lands; thence South along said lands, 132 feet; thence West along the highway 82 1/2 feet to the place of beginning; thence containing 25/100 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
